Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

I do wonder how appealing Turlough is as a figure to more casual buyers, since he's basically just a guy in a suit. Then again, Harry's just a guy in a duffle coat so maybe that's not tooo much of a concern. Yeah, Harry Sullivan and Stike really should be a reminder that Al & crew can still surpris...

Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

I managed to get the 9th Doctor and Dalek set for a decent price recently, and that one's sorta rare, so that's cool. Anyway, I noticed someone say a Tegan would be difficult to do. I don't really think so, you could make a decent Season 20 version using Androzani Peri, though if that happened I'd ...

Re: General set proposals

A concept: 7th Doctor Set: - Ace with Plain Black Jacket from the comics with Swappable T-shirt arms - Haemovore (new head on Francesco body unless there's a better suited body I've forgotten? Maybe a scarecrow?) - Ainley Master Nope, Francesco is probably the best recycle choice. But you could eas...

Re: Where to buy

Thought it would be a good idea to have a thread for places to buy Who figures from, in case anyone comes across any good deals or places that still stock older figures. Who North America, especially if you're in North America. Crucially they've the last two years of B&M releases AND the recent Ser...

Re: DIY cardboard season 14 TARDIS console room (DWM 550)

This is so cool, and scaled perfectly too! Does anyone know if DWM would ship overseas with all the extras? I used to work at a bookstore and remember some overseas periodicals would omit posters, CD promos, etc.

Anyone in the US have any experience with this?

Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

My biggest wish is that that devious old so-and-so Al finds a way to give us a new Classic companion using existing molds. Hopefully for a Doctor who hasn't had one yet. So, based on what we've gotten and particularly the last batch of figures (where bodies were either reused with a new head - thin...

Re: B&M rerelease wishlist? (2020 & beyond)

MOAR CYBIES!1!! Here's a couple easy ones they could do with a minimum of new parts. I'm not saying they should do all of them, but I think all would be desirable: *"Revenge" Cyberleader- Revenge "Cyberman" - Sarah Jane Smith (new head sculpt, & various body reuses suggested) Perfect companion to t...

Re: The All-Encompassing New Series Thread (2005-present)

In my mind I see series 5 as the ‘big shift’ from the golden era of nuwho to everything else, but everything else is now 2/3rds of what we’ve had. Madness! Ah, how everyone is different. I saw series 5 as an upswing. Maybe because I see Season 19 as the 'big shift.' :) I'm in the "Series 5 sees the...

Re: B&M doctor who sets.

I might be wrong, but that’s my theory. At the end of the day scale isn’t the worst thing. It only gets weird when you’re displaying the series 9 Capaldi next to Tennant, or the curator next to 4, or the junk Dalek next to the regular Daleks. But hey, Cal Kestis shouldn’t be taller than Anakin Skyw...

I have a spoiler for Series 12: The monster in the sontaran experiment turns out to be a sontaran
I have it on good authority the Cybermen and Daleks are back, too. :P
