Re: Official B&M Sets Location Thread

Anyone know if any of the new sets are about in Keighley? Down there today visiting the in-laws and might pop in if there's any about? UPDATE :- Popped into the Crossflats store; both new Dalek sets are in there as is the Davison TARDIS but no updated 3 x packs. Plenty of reduced Harry Sullivan, Two...

Re: B&M doctor who sets.

Trenchcoat Sarah-Jane would definitely make a passable POWER OF THREE Kate Stewart and a Primeval trooper would indeed make for a convincing generic UNIT solider in black combats and red beret. Not sure what would be the best outfit choice for Osgood; no female lab coat bodies exist as far as I know...

Re: Possible Repaints for B&M

I honestly don't see why the Romana/Sarah set would sell any better to an average audience than 3 x Hartnell or Davison companions? By and large surely it's mostly fans who are buying these any way and we'd snap up any Classic companions. And for normies the 70s set is just 3 x random figures of 3 w...

Re: Possible Repaints for B&M

I think the Jo Grant figure would make a decent approximation of Vicki's iconic dress from THE RESCUE/WEB PLANET. She's wearing boots and tights and the dress is similar enough that it'd work? Such a shame that 2 x of the most iconic Who companions Susan and Jamie are probably the hardest ones to r...

Re: The Jungles of Mechanus Dalek set

My set arrived today and they're utterly gorgeous. A really lovely shade of royal blue on the domes and hemispheres; praise be to Al! Ravenous to take them out of the packaging but I think given there's such a limited run it makes more sense for me to keep them in the box/mint condition. Loses some ...

Re: The “Questions for The Lurker” thread

A Mutt, a Quark, the Fisher King and a Yeti? Oh damn, I'd have killed for any one of those beauties!

Poor Troughton; at least the Ice Warrior and Tomb Cybermen got a release or his era would be pretty underrepresented! Hartnell too really!

Re: Possible Repaints for B&M

You could probably equate a VERVOIDS Mel using the same body as Romana I/ Yaz; it's basically just a yellow jacket and pants with boots so it would work and give us another companion.
