Re: Start a Blatantly False Toy Rumor

There's actually already been 2 waves released since Christmas on the sly. Each set was strictly limited to a run of 10, never to be reproduced and were all-new sculpts based on the figures we most wanted. They were supposedly all bought by a disgruntled Star Wars fan and incinerated. Another report...

Re: General set proposals

History of the Cybermen Sets (not quite like History of the Daleks sets) First Doctor Era: - "Tenth Planet" Hartnell - "Tenth Planet" Cyberman - Snow-flecked "Tenth Planet" Cyberman with cloak (seriously, am I imagining they wore cloaks in some of the early scenes?) Second Doctor Era: (Hard 'cuz to...

Do you think we’ll ever get a rerelease of the editor and the faceless granny from series 2?
Tbf if they made a non waxy version of the Editor I'd probably get it

Re: Why did we not get......

There are quite a few I own that I can’t think under what circumstances they’ll come out of a shoebox and be given shelf space - e.g. -Toby -Chip -Brannigan -Grandma Connelly -Laszlo -Doctor Constantine -Scarecrow I love having a Grandma Connolly figure because I tell people it's Doris from Gavin a...

Re: Start a Blatantly False Toy Rumor

In a surprising move, CO will be only releasing 1 more doctor who figure set, although it will contain 1 figure of every single character (each variant of the doctor will be classed as a separate character) ever portrayed in doctor who from 1963-2021 and will be priced at £2.8 billion. Hmm I wonder...

Re: Why did we not get......

In all honestly most of them wouldn't sell that well. I think there was actually evidence that when female figures are presented to the Under 13 male market they dont tend to do very well at all. (Like Lazlo bad). I personally dont think that would've been the case with Doctor Who but yeah that's w...

Re: The “Questions for The Lurker” thread

bit of a random question, but with regards to the Bill figure, was the figure Pearl posted on her instagram (below) the same sculpt as the released figure? because the head of the one Pearl posted looked fantastic, and the released one was good, but i preferred the other 😂 so what happened there? P...

Re: General set proposals

Random thought but I really hope the Bad Wolf/TPoTW set in the History of the Daleks line (if we hopefully get that far) has a rerelease of that Black and Gold NSD. I missed an opportunity to get one once and I really regret it because it's so nice to have something other than the standard bronze th...

Re: B&M doctor who sets.

Ngl I'd find it so funny at this point if the first 60s companions we get are the ones no one has mentioned like Vicki, Dodo, Katarina or Sara Kingdom  (and I'd welcome them with open arms and an open wallet!)
