Re: Series 12 discussion (SPOILERS)

Two more things:

1. I'm with SJF on where to put Dhawan in the Master's timeline. (Well done, SJF!)

2. I'm wondering just what secret could be so horrific that it sent the Master over the edge. I mean, "Rassilon didn't invent time travel" ain't gonna cut it. :)

Re: Series 12 discussion (SPOILERS)

Clearly she did for Series 9, too. But at/following regeneration Simm had one. Unless 12 was nice enough to impound it for her/leave a Stattenheim remote, by her exile/vault stay/"end" on a Mondasian ship, she did not. And Simm didn't seem likely to stop back for her, either. ;) Although... I feel ...

Argh! Marketing control freaks on the BBC side! As thought *not* having Al leak things to the toy-buying fanbase will somehow result in better sales and better "brand perception" -- or whatever marketing jargon they use. They don't care if someone's doing good work, they just want everything under t...

Al said no Master until next year even if they did one, and no more teasers or photographs on GB or Twitter.

Re: Star Wars Black Series Discussion

Also just noticed that some of them come with interesting bases that could be used for Who displays. :)

Re: Star Wars Black Series Discussion

I just noticed how cheaply the figures are going for on Amazon. Under $10 for many of them. I may stick my toe in this water after all. I mean, a Rey and a Kylo or a Luke and a Leia might have a place on my shelf. (Actually, old Luke, old Leia, old Han, and Old Lando might make a great display. :) )

Re: Series 12 discussion (SPOILERS)

I'm in the US so I haven't watched it yet, but I'm glad to hear it's getting a good response.
