A few possible Sontarans:

Honestly the B&M Styre isn't far off from this, but Invasion of Time Trooper:

Stor's body (with right side device removed)
B&M Styre's helmet
Hands painted grey

They do seem to also have the symbol on the helmet but it's quite faint so you could give that a miss.

Another use for Styre, his Marshall:

Basically Styre but with those two pointy shapes added (if using B&M Styre, grey armour parts should be painted black)

Those hands could be painted GW leadbelcher. That looks about right for them.
