Improved 12th Doctor

Post by Doctor What »

After getting the variant B&M sets earlier in the year, I thought i'd make some improvements to the 12th Doctor. I made him a waistcoat piece out of plasticard (0.25mm I think) and painted on some additional details, including the front and cuff buttons of his coat, as well as the red lining. I've also given him a sonic from a spare hoodie variant I got a while ago. I might improve the waistcoat at some point, but i'm happy with it for now.

Cool. I still like the original, though.

Yeah, I mean the original is ok, but for sure this is better, I wish we'd had a figure of capaldi with his waistcoat.

I've always preferred Capaldi's hoodie costumes so I'm not bothered we never got a figure with the waistcoat. Still you've done a nice job with this.

Yeah I really like the hoodie costumes too, I just thought this costume felt kind of unfinished without the waistcoat. I think next to some of the hoodie ones this is my favourite Capaldi costume.

Nice! I did something similar by cannibalizing a Bracewell's waistcoat.
None of Doctor Who is canon.
