How difficult is it to dismantle the Sarah Jane figures? I want to swap the legs and head of a School Reunion figure with a Warriors of Kudlak body for a custom...
That’ll just look like Frankenstein.

Their proportions are different and the joints won’t match. She’ll end up looking like ET.

Could I get away with just swapping the legs then?

Or is there another female figure with a long coat i could use? 13's isn't right for this one

Maybe swapping the arms and the jacket would work? I'd have to look at the figures. I don't have them in front of me.

I've had a think about it and I might use Toshiko's body instead. It's a better fit all round so I just need to see what the head swap would be like.

Was gonna make a Harry custom from an Auton but I've hit a snag. Can't get the head off without cracking it open by the look of it but i cant get the PVC jacket off to do it because it's too brittle so as I start pulling it's got little cracks around the collar. Any suggestions? :)

Like the bend and snap... except toy specific. Boil... and pop.

You do the boil and pop and pull the head off

(I imagined that like ‘shake and vac’, but it didn’t work)
