Just bought some figures to cannibalize to make HoFR Leela.

I'll be using the legs from the Sarah Jane & Slitheen Child twin pack (You know, that would be the first Slitheen I've ever had. No joke.), the upper body of Helen Cutter (I'll need to find a way to remove the watch on her left arm.) & the head from IoT Leela.

I'll sculpt over the torso with Milliput to recreate the Lighthouse keepers jumper that she wore.

I have a weeks holiday booked next week. This should keep me quiet for a while. :P

This is what I've achieved so far.

I need to paint her arms to match the skin tone of her head. Can anyone recommend a close match?

Also need to glue the torso to the hips & the head to the torso.

I've included her knife pouch from the 'Invasion of Time' body. I attached it to her right boot, because as they're escaping the Lighthouse, she slips the knife into her boot.

The 'Invasion of Time' set arrived this morning. I've swapped the head from Commander Skorr with the new Stor.

Here is my Classic Sontaran line up (not including the New/ Classic Hybrid.):

Back (From Left to Right): Group Marshall Stike (My Custom), Commander Linx, Field Major Styre & Commander Stor.
Front (From Left to Right): Sontaran Trooper (Bought from EmperorDHS), Classic Skorr (My Custom) & Classic Staal (My Custom)

I'll Post a small picture of New Series Stor shortly.

The new series sontarans look so good in the classic style armour, it's almost a shame they didn't stick with that look. The modern day head makeup is great, with the possible exception of Lynx they look the best now that they ever have, but the armour is just a little too cheesy and overdesigned.

Agreed. I hate the Demented Smurf design they gave the new boys.

Despite my dislike, I still made this custom. But only because my late Mother taught me not to be wasteful.

He's kind of got that stroppy face babies make when they won't eat their din-dins. :P

I love that Leela! Excellent job, love the boots, and I absolutely love your Sontarans! You've done a stellar job, as Deborah said, the new makeup on the proper armor looks fantastic (don't mind me asking, where did you get the Invasion of Time set? Just watched it for the first time and'd love a Stor, the cheapest I could find is £35 odd)

I got the Invasion of Time set on eBay. It came from America. It cost about £35, but there was also Shipping & Import Duty to pay.
