Thanks. :)

I was gonna do it longer, but Santas beard isn't always long.

Look at the 'Miracle on 34th Street' remake with Richard Attenborough, for example.

As a fellow Christmas nut, that's one of my favorite Christmas films! I know in some classical pieces and such he has a long, full, Merlin/Gandalf beard (I have some ornaments from the German market that comes to Birmingham, for instance, with that look) but I've always pictured him with a shorter, Riker/Captain Haddock style beard that to me, suits him more.

His hat arrived this morning. The headband trim is a bit thick, so I'll shorten it tomorrow.

I've begun correcting the 'Resurrection' Daleks.

Here is my progress so far. I also intend to update the TRU Exclusive version to match the Dalek from 'The Five Doctors'.

I've raised the neck bin on one of the Daleks.

That effect on the panel section (Black mesh on a white background) was a happy accident when I tried to use spray paint.

I'll never be able to replicate that effect again.

Very good! I would suggest looking at www.dalek6388.co.uk for further details on the props, of you haven’t seen it before. Might dry-brushing get a similar effect?
