People at Big Finish have said that he’s not necessarily the First Master though, so maybe they’re gonna reveal that he’s a later incarnation in one of the upcoming releases.
That would seem to make more sense as the original Master and original Doctor were supposed to have been at the academy together in which case you'd expect them to be the same age, but there is marked aged difference between the images they use of the Master and the images they use of the first Doctor.

Well bear in mind that they’re time travellers, so they don’t need to look the same age. And James Dreyfus is only 5 years younger than what Hartnell was when he started. Also he could be the first Master but not the first incarnation.

I'm kind of glad I don't listen to BF, I can just ignore Dreyfuss master in my headcanon, don't want him, hard pass, not canon.

Why isn't he a good person? I did a big Google and couldn't find anything?

Beevers is Thirteen. We know this as his crispyfying occurs in the audio The Two Masters. (The Macqueen Master basically torched him)
And I assume Beevers and Pratt are meant to be the same incarnation just played by different actors, yes?

I had to Google him to see what y'all were talking about. I thought James Dreyfuss might have been the kid in "The Sounds of Drums" flashback, and I thought, "Wow, they're doing stories with that kid now? I guess he's probably in his teens..."

And in my headcanon, Big Finish is its own pocket universe, so I never bother trying to reconcile any of it.

He actually died a year or two ago. And in my headcanon Television Who is in a pocket universe so I never try to reconcile it.

Yeah, he looked like Beevers before he was crispified and then he magically turned into Pratt for a story and then went back to being Beevers again.

Maybe all the skin lotion was starting to help?

All of Doctor Who is just a spin-off from some TV21 comics.

Hey, wasn't this Avon's thread?
