Given that Steven Moffat is writing 3.1, and that we know both Chris Chibnall and TOby Whithouse are doing Amy and Rory episodes for certain, and Mark gatiss has hinted at doing one as well I'd say it would need to be 5+.

Chibnall confirms it in DWM, and Mr Gatiss mentions Amy and Rory amongst his proposals for his story, of course it doesn't guarentee he will be writing one of their stories but it seems likely.

Also as Whithouse mentioned there is possibility his episode could move, so episode 4 would leave only a couple of episodes to be switched around.

Not necessarily. Sometimes, subscribers receive the issue a day late, or even days late.

That's why I said "allows" rather than something more definite, different people recieve it at different times, but the early possibility exists if you subscribe.
