The stone one? Wow, that would've been dead easy to do, wouldn't it? Could they not just have CGI'd some in?

Maybe physically, but from a story telling point of view how would you get them in? They are very heavily linked to the plots of their episodes.

True. This episode's more about getting to see the classic Daleks, so we only really need a few NS ones (although I don't get why all the Daleks in that "Colosseum" are RTD ones)...
