SPOILERS: New Daleks.. ? Pictures

I was thinking about the colours of the Paradigm and whether or not that would improve them. So I dragged a New Paradigm CGI model I downloaded a while ago from the bowels of my hard drive and gave it a new palate. I elected to use classic 60s colours. For a comparison I also added a Drone.
I chose the only angle these things look good from.

Still don't like them, it looks like the Fatlek looks sick.

I still don't like them either, but some people think it was all down to the colours chosen. To some degree it was, but the shape is just all wrong.

I think the Eternal and Supreme look alright, the Eternal is my fave out of all the Paradigm and is rather imposing in real life. You won't know it till you see it. At the same time however, the back of them is rather ugly and one of the only things about them I do not like.

I don't think there is a single aspect of the New Paradigm that I like... everything about them is just wrong. There are proportion errors all over it. Even the gun is too big.

My problems are:

The skirt is too long which results in a cramped shoulder section, giving IanO's toilet seat appearance.
The zipper up the back was meant to be where interchangeable arms came from and slid around the groove around the middle... not a bad idea but the hump just looks terrible.
The neck looks like it should concertina down but doesn't.
The head needs the chamfer from the older Daleks rather than a total hemisphere. The lights are too small and don't match with the rest of the design, conversely the eye is too big.

Anything tall is imposing, but that doesn't make it a good design.

I think the guy in the first video starts to go a bit over the top, but what we get in the second video is superb, i'd genuinely like to see that.(minus the unnecessary dejected looking Dalek bit lol)

The worst bit about the Fatleks is in their name, the skirt and eveything is just oversized and as for colours i think the Shade of Blue that is on the Strategist would be good for a head and Supreme White would be good for parts of the dalek.

Also I was thinking today they are really easy to make for companies like CO. Take the bubble bath Strategists looks ok and comes from one mould.
However the CB Daleks do look good!
