There are some rumours going around at the moment that Rory gets abducted by the Daleks before he can tell Amy about the divorce papers so he might have an important part in the episode but it doesn't match up with other rumours so I'd be cautious about it.

aah, that explains things a bit more, there has been a picture sighted after Rory storms off onto the Bus off someone else there holding a Dalek Eye stalk, so it could be that he gets abducted by the Daleks and then Amy and Rory do that thing where they realise how much they love each other and don't go through with the divorce.( A bit like in a soap opera just with Daleks )

It might happen but it does make things a bit complicated in terms of episode 2 with Rory's dad. Previous explanations that Rory just stayed behind and is picked up in that episode seemed to make sense but now... who knows.

A filming clip of Rory walking away from the Pond's house with Amy saying "I hate this", not "I hate you." She's probably referring to her normal life when she could be travelling with the Doctor, which angers Rory because all he's ever wanted with Amy was a normal life.

Just a theory.
