Nope... JNT gave us the best Cybermen, great Dalek tales and continuity.

Okay he gave us some crappy stories too, but his decision to tie continuity into the series gives him extra bonus points. Also, as a producer he knew where to draw the line and never wrote any of the stories himself. More points for the beardie one.
