What they need is a clear contracted companion that would be on air in a year from now...

If they put up say, the 4 th Doctor tomorrow a sig ed, it would sell out inside 48 hours while Amy would still be sitting on the shelf.
It's a different market. These $250 figures are not going to sell unless they are iconic. Companions are not iconic.

Put a Tom signature edition up for sale and he'll sell out in 48 minutes, as a paying customer I say bring on the Doctors, monsters and villains.

4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th can all be done as signature editions.
I think BC should think future plans, and pay the guys to sign off on 250 of each plaque. Then, put them on ice till the figures eventual releases.

I think 11 and Amy and perhaps a 1:6 scale Tardis if they make one will do it for me.

I think the TARDIS has to be a given. Then of course, I will have to be getting one for each Doctor

Wow, Big Chiefs transparency as a company is very refreshing. You don't see that very often.

By that logic Clara is fine then.

As for the TARDIS it was given an ETA of 2013 a while ago, but I am not sure if this was before or after the delays but no doubt they'll want that to come out in time for the 50th anniversary.

I got to see one of these up close today. It's a very nice figure. The head deco is very nice and it has gloss eyes. They do not move like the DX eyes.

Hands are soft, possibly latex, and not decoed as far as I can see. I was pleasantly surprised by the jacket, pictures make it look like it would be stiff and a bit carboardy, but it's very soft, and drapes well. Though possibly has a fairly high artificial fibre content. It has inside pockets and that was a nice touch.

Box needs up speccing.

Basically, what most people who have had these have said, nice figure, but not up to the price point they are selling them for. You get a lot more involved figure with Hot Toys for this sort of price.
I've just about had enough of you. Go that way. You'll be malfunctioning within a day, you near-sighted scrap pile. And don't let me catch you following me begging for help because you won't get it.

Seconded, and I'd take a facsimile signature of 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
