I'm not entirely sure what the title would be, something simple like Doctor Who and the Olympians, or Doctor Who and the Pantheon or even just Doctor Who and the Ancient Greeks. It would be a title that resembles something from the First Doctor era and "Doctor Who and the" can be fitted onto the front Target Novels style.

It would be a First Doctor story, with Ben and Polly as his companions. They would visit Ancient Greece where the Doctor would pose as an apothecary while Ben and Polly acts as servants, known as Apollinaria and Beniamin. The people would realise that not everything was right about the trio and rumours would spread, some would say they were in fact an oracular cult, with Polly truly being an Oracle, while others would believe they were the Gods in disguise and that the Doctor was truly Zeus. The real Gods - members of an ancient race called the Immortals (that's legit canon from the novels) looked down on the enigmatic strangers, intrigued as to why these aliens had captivated the people below, they summon them to Mount Olympus.

Essentially the story would play out in the style of a Sixties Historical, only there would be the inclusion of actual Greek Gods making it a Pseudo-Historical. It would mainly be a character piece about the relationships and anthropomorphism of the Pantheon family.
It would be less about a specific threat and more so the family dramas of the Gods and the politics of the mortals below, playing out as sort of hodgepodge of the various genres that were prevalent at the time, specifically an Ancient Greek Comedy.

I can imagine it as having a similar tone to that of The Romans albeit a bit more serious as that was an outright comedy.

Series 11 Ideas-
Episode 1: A pure Historical set on a convict ship to Australia, to acknowledge the Doctor's new gender, the smart thing would be to place her in a setting where women had less rights meaning the Doctor has to come up with a new way to get out of the situation, so it is relevant to the story. During the story she befriends one of the convicts and offers them a chance at redemption for their crime and invites them aboard the Tardis. I'd imagine they'd be a bit more grateful at the chance of Time Travel than another obnoxious millennial. The Doctor would don a British soldier's uniform as a disguise, which would her main outfit, even if she keeps just the Red Coat.
Episode 2: Set on a Alien World, the Doctor and Companion meet a Sly, Charming Alien con man, a Glitz like character, played by Bradley Walsh, on the run from one of his former clients, a war hungry race out for revenge. He joins the tardis to escape them, though is secretly working with them to steal a component of the tardis which they could use to master time travel.
Episode 3 and 4: A remake of Blood of the Daleks, in part one, the Tardis crew arrive on a world which a human colony has settled on following which was a setting for the Dalek/Movellen war. The Movellen virus has mutated and is now affecting some of the colonists so have used the remains of the daleks technology to turn into daleks themselves. However these Daleks are born out of survival and not hatred so are more humane. Part 2 sees Bradley's character accidently summoning the Real Daleks, when trying to steal some of their equipment, who cannot accept these daleks for being different so they have a civil war. If they wish to refer to all the negative complaints Doctor Who has got recently, this is how you do it, Not accepting someone just because their slightly different, in a subtle Robert Holmes way, plus it gives character a new type of Dalek to sell.
The Finale- Throughout the series Bradley's character starts to grow a bond with the Doctor and whoever the other character is so refuses to help them take control of the tardis. However they break on board and steal the part they needed and begin to mess up time damaging the tardis and bringing an older Doctor to the present Day, either Mcgann or Smith. The older Doctor is kidnapped as insurance to stops Jodie's Doctor from interfering. So Bradley redeems his actions by Sacrificing himself to save time which restores the tardis. This means keeping capaldi's tardis for series 11, so when it's destroyed in the finale, we get a new one in series 12, keeping for a little bit just helps fans following the series with the new transition.

Mystery of the Doctor. Featuring the 2nd Doctor, Jamie and Zoe, it would be set after the War Games and is a lead into how Jamie was reunited with the Doctor and started travelling with him again during season 6B.

A long time ago, Jamie and Zoe met a man called the Doctor, they each had one adventure with him then said farewell. But every night they dream of a alternative outcome, in which they joined the Doctor on his travels through time and space. When mysterious events start to occur and the two are reunited it seems as though their visions were more than just dreams.

Spoiler, this story has a rather dark ending. Zoe dies

The Four Doctors. 4 60 minutes stories each starring 4 incarnations of the Doctor brought together to face an old foe. Each story is loosely connected and the event bringing the Doctors together is pieced up in each part.

Story name: The Revival
Plot: The Cybermen are dead... Almost. All that remains of them is a rag tag bunch of Cybermen who aren't even from this universe. Damaged and battered, the only hope for the salvation of the Cyber-race lies in a legend. A legend that tells of the once great Cybermen of our universe. A legend that tells of their demise in a great war. A legend that, more importantly, tells of a tomb, hidden on the dying planet of D845, a Planet where no man dares to tread else they disappear into the ashes. The Cybermen have never believed in Legends, such things are Illogical. But if the tomb does exist, if there is a chance...

The Cybermen are embarking on a mission. With their arch-nemesis, the one who calls himself 'the Doctor', his associate 'Donna Noble' and a self-confessed expert in the legends of the Cybermen of old, the Cybermen are heading to D845. But are even the Cybermen ready for the horror that lies in wait on D845...
