Try this.
Simple way first.
Open in picture viewer - select auto adjust (cleans image) - select edit - select crop - reconfigure image to a 16x9 ratio (same framing as your desktop) - press OK - save pic - right click in screen - select personalize - select image - save.
Should work.
If you have photoshop you can do way more and make it cleaer, sharper, more colorful etc.

When you double click on an image on a PC it will open in picture viewer.
