Series 2 re-runs on the Drama channel. Currently Love and Monsters, definitely the best episode of series two, scratch that, the best episode of the Tennant run.
Nah, that's not kind enough, the best episode in the RTD era.
Oh, who am I kidding?! It's the best episode in the NuWho series, better than Heaven Sent, Blink, Listen, The Empty Child.

Ugh!! I really can't help myself! Love and monsters is THE BEST EPISODE of Doctor Who OF ALL TIME!!!

[holding Ursula who turned to a floor tile with a face]

Elton Pope: It's a relationship... of sorts. But we manage. We've even got a bit of a love life.

Ursula Blake: Oh, let's not go into that...
I live here.

You know I think I'd just about managed to purge the memory of what that scene was implying from my memory. Depending on your interpretation of the ending it's either sad and a bit gross or vaguely horrific, I don't like either of those. Blooming love and monsters, you can flip right off with that.

Calm yourself, deborah, it'll be fine, just resuppress the episode. There were no episodes between satan pit and army of ghosts. There were no episodes between satan pit and army of ghosts. There were no episodes between satan pit and army of ghosts.

Don't worry, guys, I'm feeling fine!

I never realised the implications of that line until someone spelled it out for me, I really wish I could unrealise.
