According to Katy Manning, the whole thing was organised y the people who made the figures (although she didn't know what they were called).

I think its design works Windsor who make the figures, ages ago the site management interviewed them.

It would be nice if she was on here, maybe we could convince her to rell us what the extra is.

Given the track record with the Peris and Leelas (and how the Jamies are looking according to Frazer Hines) we may have a third one on the way.

I am very much looking forward to these new figures of Jo as from the blurry picture we have, the sculpts look very detailed and a lot like Jo from the episode. I hope Katy keeps us updated whenever she hears some more news, as it seems like a new and very good idea to show us the figure before it is officialy announced as CO will know whever there is appeal for the figures. I am betting that the extra she has spoken about will probably be an Autographed Card but I suppose it could be a boxset of some sort?

Yes, I suppose I didn't think about it like that. Would be interesting to have her come out with another new figure.

Trying to think what 'extras' they could chuck in with a Jo figure. She never really used that many.... things.
Time machine from "Day of the Daleks" and the cassette case... I mean recording device from "Planet of the Daleks" spring to mind, but neither of them is represented here.
No doubt we'll find out when it appears in the FP emails sent to those of us who subscribe to email updates
