theres no way you could cast it properly as one piece as you wouldn't be able to remove it from the mould, unless it was rubber which isn't really practicle for mass production, for the daleks body it'd have to be in at least 2 halfs split down the middle but the mould quality would be no where near as good, as I think someone said earlier

Most injection moulding tools are multipart, so a one-piece shell would work, but the mould would need to be in 3 or 4 parts to allow for sharp details all round the shell and retain undercuts and the like.
It IS possible but very expensive.
It WOULD look look though, since what we see inside the Stengos Dalek DOES look like a smaller Dalek with a head on top.

thats sort of what I meant, you couldn't do it in one piece with a one piece mould

Mr Fusion said no Invisible Dalek. Maybe in the future. I was wondering if they will have lights as well as sounds, would the Supreme Dalek from Planet of the Daleks eye light up.

Mr F said that NONE of the Daleks shown as mock-ups would be in the actual line-up, so I don't think we'll see the Planet Supreme.
