The Sixth Doctor from Wave 1 as it's so accurate and looks like Colin Baker!!

Antony Ainley Master. The detail is amazing. 10/10.

Closely followed by Sixth Doctor, Real Time.

I've only got a modest 18 classics, but I expect my collection to expand, once I have the eleven docs set I'll have 26, and I plan to get s18 tom with k9 before then...

I'm sure I've said it before, but my fave changes regularly. Usualy down to having just watched something.
I have always though, considered the first Cyberman to be up there in the top three.
At this moment, the classic figure taking pride of place is the First Doctor (with his TARDIS)
It's an amazing likeness, and, like the first Cyberman, is a toy that is based on something that is nearly 50 years old. I find that quite cool.
