Sorry but I'll have to disagree with that. Yours is a very good figure but it's got nothing on CO's official release. Conceited is the correct word there! ;)

The Point I am trying to make is aside from the head... this figure looks almost just like every other 10th Doctor figure that has been made so far... the poor color, Another gray suit... I thought for sure we would finally get a brown one, the poor arm articulation... and the "battle damage on the suit looks (at least from the pictures) looks one dimentanal and homogenous... not at all realistic... I am of course going to buy this figure because I like the head but based on what I have seen I am Throughly UNIMPRESSED with the body.

That said do you acctaully have this figure yet? I would be very happy to eat my words if I get it in my hand and I am wrong.

Yes, I have the figure. It's very good and the battle-damage is very effective in-hand - well, I think so anyway. Oh, and the suits are brown, albeit a different shade to the real one.

The Time Lord wrote:... I like the figure... Almost got a zombie look going on there with all the blood around the mouth... ;)

Has a Harrison Ford look about it ... less the hat and Whip 8-)

Will say one other thing... find the use (as usual by CO) of paint to show 'damage' where it ought to be textural (ie the suit) #iss Poor :|

WHAT HO... ITS ONLY A TOY :D

That changes my opinion a little bit... It looks from the pic that the suits are the same old grey color... I am happy the CO did something to make this figure a little original

They haven't changed the colour of the suit. It's always been a different shade of brown.

the brown is actually very close to the correct colour. as I have said before, because of the small scale of the brown and blue stripes, and the fact that the blue stripes are a little too big, the eye tries to merge the two colours together. This effect is used on televisions where all colours are made from a mixture of blue green or red light, in blocks in the right quantities, the eye merges them to form the correct colour. so it is with he tenth doctor action figure, the combined colour from the brown and the blue is a sort of grey colour. if you look very hard, you can see that the brown is actually very accurate.
No! Not the mind probe!

Sometimes the suit looks grey and blue on the TV as well. Look closely at a few scenes in New Earth.
