Yep, I do. He often falls over and causes a domino-fall with all my figures.

Can't say I've encountered a serious problem with it standing either, though on the other hand it isn't the easiest figure to keep upright when in different poses. The cape can be quite restricting, and the biggest problem for me (an aesthetic one rather than something practicality-related) is his collar, or whatever the gold piece behind his head & around his shoulders is called. I've bought this figure three times from various retailers where he was on offer, and each has had a collar which is squashed in one direction or another - its uneven and just doesn't look right. It doesn't look very smart at all - I was reduced to examining each figure through the packaging last time to get one which doesn't look like he's put his collar on while half-asleep and without a mirror, in the dark :D

- The Three Doctors Collectors' Set

I've had five of this guy... he can't stand a lick. If you place his sword in his hand it helps with his center of gravity but on his own, his damn upper thighs, the whole puffy dark ages garb is his downfall quite literally.
Don't worry... it's the end but the moment has been prepared for... you can still find me bashing the New 52 and other things comic book related at www.ImWithGeek.com
