The only one on atm, not bad starting price

yeah that's the one

The thing is to watch really closely. I only have mine PURELY because of a spelling mistake from the seller  , a guy kept relisting his 'Vespifrom' at Buy it now and wondered why there was no interest. I kept my eye on it and he ended up halving the price. I got it for £60 in the end, this was November 2011 so I was quite pleased  .

You'll get one eventually. I'll do my best and keep en eye out. How much would you go up to (if you don't mind me asking  )

a hundred and a bit pounds, maybe £150 absolute max is what I can afford in one go, thats why I considered buying the parts to spread the cost
I'm a Nimon

Sorry to bring wake this thread from its coma, but I have a question about the Vespiform figure and the "Vespiform" thread seems like the best place to ask :P

I know the collect-and-build-a-figures or what have you across the Who line vary in how easy they are to disassemble once you get them together (Gelth being a snap, K-1 being a nightmare.) How easy is the Vespiform to take apart? Looking into having one shipped to me and it would be much easier (and cheaper) to do if it can be taken apart.

Thanks in advance for help with this.

Entirely a pain in the behind. I don't recommend removing anything save for the stinger. Everything else locks into place and by taking part and reassembling can further loosen the interlocking connection. I sold one of mine recently... I simply wrapped it up and placed in a box. Taking it part won't make it any cheaper mind you. It will still weigh the same.

There's an 11 set on ebay for £140, and the missing River from that set for £62. Not cheap...

Not worth it without River's piece too.

I was moving stuff on a shelf, and this and the Gelth both hit the deck...
Gelth came totally apart and was easy to just pop back together. The Vespiform looked like the plug for the wing had snapped off. It hadn't tho, so all is well . Moral of story. Don't move figures around.

It's a shame some of these figures are so rare now. I didn't have the means to buy twelve new figures, some of which I already owned, when this wave was released.
