BF are doing a Space 1999 series with Mark Bonnar as the main character. The first set will be out September 13th and it’ll be a mixture of remakes of past episodes and new material.

Warehouse clearance sale on at the moment, potential highlights include:
Dalek Empire
Cyberman
Gallifrey (1-3)
Curse of the Daleks
Seven Keys to Doomsday

Lots of releases are sold out on CD but still cheap to download.

I've never really ventured into Benny's solo stuff, is it worth a look? Books included?

Well I’ve not ventured far into the early Benny stuff, which includes most of the books, so I’m not entirely sure myself.

I’ve listened to most of her first Boxset era, which is alright but not really anything special. However The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield, which is a bit of a soft reboot of the series, is brilliant.

Especially the stuff with the David Warner Doctor, which is some of the best content Big Finish have produced imo. The relationship between the Warner Doctor and Benny pretty much reminds me of Twelve and Clara done right.

Hmm I may just pick up the stageplays and the one remaining music CD, got to save money for the B&M sets!

None really stand out, though the sooner 51-100 of the monthly range is sold out, the sooner they drop the price for 101-150.

Yeah, the only thing that stood out for me was the Benny books. Especially the Inside Story one as that’s usually £30.

Grabbed ‘Creed of the Kromon’, ‘The Next Life’, ‘Scaredy Cat’, ‘Time Work’ and ‘Other Lives’ in the sale, and won ‘Storm Warning’, ‘Sword of Orion’, ‘Stones of Venice’ and ‘Minuet in Hell’ in an eBay auction! Good haul overall!

Which is better Catch 1762 or the Wishing Beast?
