This certainly looks like it's taken some work, nice job. Only two things I would mention:

At some point during the older Nyssa arc, doesn't she get rejuvanted to make her look young again? Meaning that Jupiter Conjunction - Entropy Plague take place during the older Nyssa arc and not pre-Terminus.

Also not sure how true this is, but I remember seeing that some of his solo stories are meant to take place after The Awakening, where he's supposed to have left Tegan and Turlough for a rest? It bugs me when Doctors are seemingly never on their own, because it makes it difficult to slot in any of the inevitable solo adventures in spin off media.

Cheers, just changed it.

The Elite follows on directly from Arc of Infinity (or retroactively The Waters of Amsterdam) and the other two lost stories follow on from it.

Fear of the Dark takes place the morning after Tegan rejoined the Doctor and Nyssa, so it probably had to be fudged in somewhere shortly after Arc of Infinity.

And You Will Obey Me takes place at the end of The Awakening.

Tegan is in Ringpullworld and Freakshow. I’m fairly sure one of them takes place shortly after Enlightenment.

In Fallen Angels, the Doctor refers to having been to Heathrow recently so it’s probably in the closest solo gap you can get to Time-Flight.

Goth Opera depicts Tegan and Nyssa’s first trip to Manchester so goes before The Peterloo Massacre.

Psychrodome is Immediately after Castrovalva. So between that and Cold Fusion.

Iterations if I is Immediately before Earthshock by the way Adric reacts at the end, but at least after Black Orchid as the Doctor is reading the book at the beginning of the story.

All of the Main Range Season 19 stories are after The Visitation as pretty much all of them mention the loss of the Doctor’s sonic screwdriver.

The Darkening Eye is between Black Orchid and Earthshock.

All of the Kamelion stories take place between The King’s Demons and The Five Doctors with The Kamelion Empire leading directly into The Five Doctors.

The Key 2 Time takes place after Erimem leaves as the Doctor is travelling with just Peri at the start and they get separated.

I read Deep Blue when I was in school, and on the back cover it said that it was set between warriors of the deep and the awakening. I think they even give a more specific explanation for the doctor's slight costume change between those two.

Yeah it’s explicitly immediately after Warriors of the Deep.

You really can rely on Auntie Deb for information on all things prose.

I’m aware I’m triple posting, but a few more things:

I was wrong about Ringpullworld, Although Tegan is in it, it actually takes place a few weeks after The Five Doctors.

Freakshow is just after Enlightenment, with Cobwebs taking place two days after Terminus for the Doctor, Tegan and Turlough, so it’s a pretty tight gap.

The Doctor has his first costume on the cover for Cuddlesome so I placed it before Warriors of the Deep.

In Divided Loyalties, they mention that on their previous adventure they caused the fire of London, setting it straight after The Visitation.

Goth Opera is set after Snakdance, with Tegan still recovering from the events of that story.

The Waters of Amsterdam follows on from the end of Arc of Infinity. There’s a gap at the end where the Doctor is summoned by the Time Lords to clear up after the events of Arc of Infinity. This leads into Omega. Then in The Burning Prince and Diary of River Song 3 he mentions that he’s on his way back to Amsterdam. The Elite is Immediately after they leave Amsterdam. Fear of the Dark is the day after Tegan rejoins. Hexagora has them spending a couple of days in Brisbane to recover from the events of The Elite.

The Boy That Time Forgot is set Immediately after The Haunting of Thomas Brewster from the perspective of the Doctor and Nyssa, while The Three Companions happens for Brewster during that story.

Return to the Web Planet is set Immediately after Renaissance of the Daleks. Also there’s room during Renaissance for a brief solo gap.

The Sands of Time and Zeta Major are supposed to be set before Snakedance according to the placement on the back of the novels.
