Wait a minute, Scratchman?
And Day of the Doctor?

EDIT: Actually, I now vaguely remember her cameo in Scratchman.
Yeah she cameos in both. Obviously the novelisation of Day of the Doctor, not the actual episode.

I'm trying to remember... is she called out in specific detail, or is it just the sequence where (BOOK SPOILER) the other incarnations dive in to help on Gallifrey?
None of Doctor Who is canon.

I think she appears a few times. One time she meets Cass but is referred to as a Medtech which is just the fancy future word for Doctor, and then later she appears once or twice speaking to the Moment on a bench or something. I don’t think she appears with the other Doctors at all.

Molten Heart and Comb at Magicks should be the other way around, there's a scene in Molten Heart where they refer to the tunnel they're in as reminding them of tunnels they were in during the events Combat Magicks. So CM is before MH

You’re quite right. Molten Heart was the actually the only one of the three that I didn’t finish, so it’s typical that it’s got that piece of continuity. It’s also after It Takes You Away as he rather casually calls Graham granddad. (Even though that’s a plothole more than anything as the books were just written with script extracts from The Woman Who Fell To Earth.)

Am I missing something, or hadn't they found the TARDIS by "Rosa?"

Yeah but there’s hardly enough stories for a “getting back to Sheffield” section and they officially decide to join the Doctor properly in Arachnids in the UK.

There really wasn’t a huge amount of logic behind it, I justnstuck them into rough sections tbh.

Makes sense. Though technically I'd say it counts as "Traveling with Graham, Yaz and Ryan," since that's the current name of the section, anyway.
