This is similar to the 2 Dalek Secs, but this is just diffrent colours rather than mold (although the lighter blue Moxx has POPT 575 7 226 molded under neath, the other 1 doesn’t )

The lighter blue one is extermely rare (so i hear) the other isn't.
I have the purpler one.
I nearly cried when I saw Billy Hartnell steal the TARDIS in 7-13.

I didn't like the extreme blueness of the first release so didn't buy him. when i saw the revised version i decided to pick him up. shame his arms aren't articulated and just stuck in that 'ooh i'm being burned alive by the radiation from that dying planet' position but hey, he was one of the first figures and isn't likely to get updated so I just accept that and see him as a part of the platform one setup with Boe and Jabe and Cassandra.
I don't bother with the pull back feature. I have a big dog and more than likely Moxx would roll off the table and the dog would eat him.

in my wibbly wobbly mind i sort of think a Moxx with articulated arms and a resculpted lower body where his legs can swivel to a standing position might be cool. a paint job somewhere between the two versions we have. not so grimey looking and neither bright blue or that paler purpley blue.
A Moxx that's able to be detached from his little throne. maybe with a little panel in his back you can fill with water and then press on so water comes out of a hole in his mouth like he's spitting.
