I second this. Awhile back, I used to manage a video store and got yelled at by someone who reserved "Inspector Gadget 2". It was a new release and I could only hold it for an hour, which I told to her. She said fine. Two and a half hours later, one of our regulars came in asking for a copy. The lady who reserved it still hadn't picked it up, so I let her rent it. Then a half-hour later, the hold lady came in and, after being told her movie was rented, went off massively at me and yelled at me for at least fifteen minutes and then called corporate about it and told me she'd get me fired. Obviously, she didn't, but this happened on the Friday night before my birthday so I spent all that weekend totally scared I was going to lose my job. I didn't, but it seemed to happen every year on the last day I worked before my birthday... *smh*

The Toast of London audio skits being released on YouTube. I wish Matt Berry would make series 4, hopefully after all this is over he will.
