A first day purchase. Apparently some of the figures make good doubles for characters from a televisual program entitled "Dr. Who".

In the same way that some "Dr. Who" figures use parts of characters from a televisual program entitled "Primeval". ;)

And the same way a TV show called “Primeval” uses whatever the high-as-a-kite author pulled out of a history textbook that week.

Oh my flipping gosh an actual DG figure! I’ve waited my whole life for this. Is there any limited editions of the set featuring any variants save the Sheba figure?

I *believe* that there’s a Skiffle variant with a ten-gallon hat.

There are no further editions of this set, however CO is rumoured to be planning Wave 3 of the TCoS Collector Series which will include variants of some figures. The Sheba figure however will only be available to the first 500 who preordered last year, it will never be rereleased!

The ten-gallon skiffle is one of the proposed figures for wave 3, along with an 80's DC and an official Sparrow. I'm sure more will be revealed in the coming months...

I'm pretty sure the Geneva convention forbids that. :P
