As was announced on the 'Skaroversary' The Daily Vortex have bought back popular musical publication 'Smash Hits.' They approached DWT Records Ltd to see if they would allow a TCoS special as their first issue. In the spirit of new found friendliness DWT agreed to this and so today sees the release of this special publication.

I have been given special permission from the publishers to preview two pages from this issue, an interview with Doctor Gamer and the review section, which I'm sure will make you want to buy this magazine!

This very special edition of 'Smash Hits' is available online and from any COVID-safe newsagent, so long as you wear a mask that immediately slips down.

You did a great job there dan. I am especially honoured to have Tyler Joseph from twenty one pilots review my album so thanks for making that happen! I hope you all gave time to actually read my interview, I put a lot of thought into the answers.

Update for all the TCOS fans out there. No we have not forgotten about the band. I am just finishing up my drumming crash course, and we are taking a bit longer for our next project because we want to make it one of our best yet. We’ve got a lot planned for it and we’re very excited to share it with you. Also after having a run-in with the one and only grime doctor, TCOS have been inspired to write a rap ep, which is also currently in the works. So stay tuned soon for more amazing TCOS content!

Earlier this month, whilst recording their next upcoming album, TCOS had a run in with the grime doctor and his companion, a little Balhoonian in casual clothes. As a result, TCOS stopped what they were doing with their next project and took the time to work with the Grime Doctor and the Balhoonian to create their first Rap/Grime project “Balhoonian Trapsody”. This project is also notable because it’s the first to feature the drumming of new drummer Doctor Gamer and has also been produced by Mr Gamer, with the artwork being completed by him also. Notable parts of this EP are Deborah’s fantastic rapping skills, Dan’s bewilderment as he has no idea what is going on and the features with all the great up and coming grime artists. Enjoy!

If it comes from Slough, it has to be....somewhat mediocre. Love the design. One of the remixes needs to feature Dave Matthews or something like that. I love this stuff. :)

Slough is where our headquarters is, so that implies all our music is mediocre, when in fact it's the greatest sound ever heard by human ears.
