Another that I didn't go for. So these things don't stand up to actually being used then?

After countless uses, the Judoon Scanner's sound system fades, and it goes all out of time. And after countless uses, the Laser just breaks apart.

I've barely used 11's sonic. The rest, ach, they were a novelty back in '08. :P

This looks EPIC!

I would love to be able to just sit down and operate my TV via a few flicks of my trusty sonic screwdriver. I would never get bored of turning up the volume by turning the screwdriver like a dial, or flicking through channels by a gentle flick of this ingenious bit of tech. And the display stand would look lovely on my shelf, where my own sonic screwdriver would sit proudly for all to see.
But that's enough daydreaming.

£60 does seem a bit high at first, but after looking at the pictures you soon realise that for the quality and detail it's a reasonable price. But, I'm tempted to wait, read some reviews and buy it cheap, perhaps on ebay, as £60 is still quite a bit to pay for me.

Saw it in the flesh today at a shop. Wow.

It looked amazing, and just like the real thing, and the display case looks a lot better than the images show. It's also selling for around £50 now, so a bit cheaper. I just need to save up for one now!
