It looked beautiful in the video. Quite an advanced piece of kit, as the sensors seem really responsive and powerful. SO tempted to get this. Although bar a tv what else is infra red I could use it for? I retired the cd player yonks ago.. No ipod dock.. Hmm.

I read somehwere about plug adapters you can get to convert lamps etc so they can be used with it

Oh really? I might look into that. Is it then for anything electronic? Now that would be cool! Turning stuff on and off.

I hope they haven't bunged the wand technology in, I was some Doctor like moves to use with it so it'll be interesting to see if they've done their research

You can programme moves into it by the looks of it. And yeah, you can be adapters to to on lights and plug sockets etc.

I did not know that, this is sounds more and more tempting aha! It such a nice piece as a stand alone item, the shiny copper like materials stick out for me. So shiny . Perfect if you want something that looks and feels more realistic than the CO prop but cheaper than the 4k replica also available

I disagree. One thing I would have liked instead though is Matt Smith doing the 'voice' instead of that default woman. That would have been fun
