Just wanted to post a link so you can see my "Rose Tyler" doll: go to site www.tycollector.com. Click on "Girlz" and go to "Girlz List". Her name is actually "Happy Hillary" but she looks like Rose to me! Click on Hillary's name to see her picture!
She also has a friend- "Amazing Abbey"- who reminds me of The Doctor (if he had another daughter).
