The books are probably all just lurking scripts that would cost them FAR too much money.

Legacy of the Daleks would be amazing, could never happen though.

Sure it could... The Delgado Master is disguised for most of the book... and if we could just suspend disbelief you could always recast the Delgado master.

I would love to see one off specials made once in a blue moon of the 8th Doctor on screen. Although Paul is getting kind of old.

sad to say and impossible as it is but I wish the K9 series was made in the 60's just so the tapes could be lost and we could forget that complete drivel ever happened, I just can't stand it
I'm a Nimon
here to help.

No what I mean is the budget. It'd be ridiculous, plus I'd be awful cross if they didn't film on location.

I don't think it would be as expensive as you think. That's why it's called movie magic.. I'm sure they could pull it off.

They could pull it off but it probablly wouldn't be as good as it sounds in the book.

Besides if your problem is Delgado's Master why not have another Master?

Derek Jacobi is a bit annoyed at getting replaced by a younger model after one episode.

You know what i think would be even better, adapt the Dark Path into a movie! You could have another actor in the role of Koschei throughout the movie, even mention the sound of drums in his head for modern Who's sake, and finally in the end you could have Koschei plunge into the Black Hole and have a CGI rendered Delgado Master emerge after losing all of his lives.

You could do the thing Star Trek did and construct the story using old clips from other episodes.
