The Silurian and Sontaran are nothing like thier NuWho counterparts!

Neither is Davros really.

okay some exceptions, cause the new series Silurians are like Sea Devils and a different pylum in the species but Davros.... there's not much different just the back of his chair and his hand. I dunno I just wouldn't be excited over him.

Davros and the Sontarans only appear different with their bodies rather than the heads but the Silurians... the writer should be ashamed of himself, the production team were making brilliant versions based off the original design with only the actors chins showing but there was a complaint about them not looking "human" enough.

I'd like to see most of those released, but I haven't voted for any because I either have them, they wouldn't happen or would like to see them released with other stuff.

Sarah Jane and Romana II for me - we need classic companions! Although I would prefer Romana I to II.
