If it's Gwen there are going to be seriously annoyed fans as the thing will be entirely US based. It's riddiculous that when Torchwood becomes "international" every new member of the team is from the US. Where are the people from everywhere else in the world? India, Russia, Australia, Brazil? There's definetly still a branch of Torchwood running in Glasgow whatever happened to that?
