How long has it been since they were first available to order?

Blimey.
So, what does this mean for the implied possible future of the cheap 5” line???
No forum, no matter how great, can know it’s destiny. It cannot glimpse his part in the great story that is about to unfold. As it will be for the member arriving at the gates of DWT.net. A lad that will, in time, father the legend. His name: Merlin.

Not much here, I should think. In the US, though...

720, from the images I have seen has produced an (IMO) inferior figure, in a completely different style to CO’s. Now that CO can’t distribute the 5” line in the US, that’s what most Americans are stuck with. Older collectors will have to start a new collection, and, really, will they? I doubt it. So, 720 will be spending a fair bit of money- probably about equal to CO’s cost-per-figure to make. If they want to lessen that then they either make it out of inferior materials or make fewer figures, or both. Either way, they’re not going to put CO out of business. Well, not in my opinion.
