For me, the most creative and most exciting sets have been the B&M 3 packs. Reutilising parts already manufactured, with a twist to create new figures.

Would you be interested in a GI Joe style fan club membership where you were sent 13 single pack figures a year?

Nothing off the table: new figures, repaints, reheads, kitbashes, Daleks, all eras...

What would you be willing to pay for something like that?

12 maybe- 1 a month. But yeah, as long as it didn’t break the bank.
Al Dewar, if you are reading this, please give me a job/ all variants of all figures you have ever produced (delete as applicable).

I think the GI Joe set up offered 13 as a freebie at the end. Which is nice.

It is. There could be a list attached to #1 which you could vote for the freebie.

That's not a bad idea. It would guarantee that they all sell and they could make only what is needed.

Personally, I would absolutely sign up for a subscription service.

This possibility isn't even on the table, though, is it?

I doubt CO would know where to begin.

If it was a case CO were offering 12 figures (one a month) plus a special figure at the end for £150.00 (thats £12.50 each plus the freebie) would you do it?

Given that the Green Death 3rd Doctor was £30.00 on initial release you could be getting hits more than misses.
