I can think of two "Five Doctors" sets.

1. Hartnell (Hurndall), Torughton, Pertwee, Baker, and Davison.

2. Ecclestion, Tennant, Smith, Capaldi, and Whittaker

OK, three.

3. Colin Baker, McCoy, McGann, Hurt, and Martin*

*Though you'd need a new mold, obviously.

I think the market for a trevor martin figure might be kind of narrow

He probably meant Jo Martin, but I'm betting that field is narrow too.

The problem with establishing pre-Hartnell Doctors is that they are gonna be victims to McGann syndrome- People (the not-we, anyway) can't really warm to a Doctor they have so little to acquaint themselves with. At least McGann has an extensive audio range, but....he built his following when there was no proper show on the air. Jo Martin will be lucky to get 5 minutes screentime after this year, probably. (Unless we've been lied to, and she's actually up next or something. Probably not.)

I'm less troubled by the Series 12 revelation, but what a rough ride to give an actor: You're the Doctor, but you won't be getting a series or stories unless they serve the current plot.

Kind of a peg warming proposition, honestly. A further Series 12 wave would better serve sales with The Master, Lone Cyberman, or other Cybermen first. Or Jack. Or y'know, the other half of the TARDIS team. ;)

I had some ideas for some sets that could be possible.

1st Doctor set
- The Doctor from The Tenth Planet: Take the body from the Dalek Invasion figure add the head and cloak from the Unearthly Child figure and paint the finger less gloves onto the hands.
- Roboman: Repaint with different coloured clothes and hair.
Ian Chesterton: Repainted James Lester figure from Primeval with new Ian Chesterton head.

2nd Doctor TARDIS set
The 2nd Doctors TARDIS: repaint of 70s box
The Doctor from Power of The Daleks: Repainted trousers.

3rd Doctor set
The Doctor from The Mutants: Repaint with red patterned neck tie/cravat and black and purple cloak.
Ice Warrior from Monster of Peladon: Repaint
Sgt Benton: Repainted Captain Jack body with new Benton head.

6th Doctor TARDIS set
The 6th Doctors TARDIS: The same box that was in the 5th Doctor set but without the mud splatter.
The Doctor from Terror of the Vervoids: Repaint

10th Doctor set
Judoon Trooper: Rerelease.
Martha Jones from The Doctors Daughter: Repainted jacket.
The Doctor from Silence in the Library: If you take the body from the aged Doctor from series 3 and paint the hands in normal skin tone and replace the head with the tuxedo version you get a really nice figure. If that was then repainted to match the look from Silence in the Library I think that would be a fantastic looking figure.

13th Doctor Companion set
Ryan Sinclair
Yasmin Khan
Captain Jack Harkness from Fugitive of The Judoon: Repaint with light blue shirt.

Revelation dalek cast in resin. https://imgur.com/gallery/M4k1Aym

Character is missing out on an easy dalek. No paint job required.

They have done clear plastic Daleks before, so there’s that. But no way could they do them in resin, they’d need a new mould every two minutes 😂.... it’d cost so much they couldn’t do it.

there was a transparent plastic dalek in a TRU set back in 2013 that came with a planet of the daleks purple pertwee. Another one I really regret missing, I could have 10 3rd doctor variants right now, but I've only got 4

If I'm honest, I think people could be more attracted to either Dalek single packs or two packs of just Daleks. Naturally, I could be completely wrong, but I feel that the format would work better if there wasn't another Doctor as part of it. It just feels like another way to get a large number of Doctor variants when we already have the TARDII and the ordinary 3-packs. So, I say either make them single packs for £10, or bump them up to £25 and make the two figures Daleks. And, naturally, if possible do Classic Daleks. There's so much opportunity, and personally I'd be more willing to get just a Dalek or a pair of them rather than a Dalek and a Doctor variant I probably won't want 80% of the time. That being said, I heard somewhere that the Doctors are attractive to the casual buyer, so I doubt this would ever happen.

I’d love to see a tweaked renagade sculpt with an NSD paintjob. Or vice versa.

Renagade like the grey daleks from Remembrance? That's oddly specific
