I take it that it's a general figure produced by a different company and not from Doctor who then.

Because that would be pretty silly.

What's the point in a figure. She was in eastenders and carry on films. I loved her in the carry ons but they have nothing to do with dr who.

I know she was in the army of ghosts as a guest appearance. 30 seconds in the show doesn't make her worthy of a figure. I would prefer Ian and Barbara. They deserve a figure. Not Windsor.

Hasn't stopped them in the past, in fact they've released figures of characters that have appeared for less than a second, or indeed never on screen at all.

Silent with "lightening blast" and closed mouth (on screen for less than a second)
Projected Weeping Angel in classical state (never on screen)
All Cybermen released based on Attack of the Cybermen (emphasis on the word based, none have been accurate)
