There are clips of the dialogue that have made it out, but there are big gaps in it, she gets killed but "The porcess can be reversed".

Very vague, not much can be made out of it, all we can tell for absolute certain is that the new companion is going to be called Clara just like the rumours said.

I'd recommend getting off the internet altogether then, you are never going to avoid spoilers as long as you are on a Doctor Who site.
