I'm sure any Dr Who fan would recognise him immediately, as one of the most inspirational guest actors of the show, unfortunatel, Phillip Madoc died today, leaving such a legacy .
He was well known for his roles as the War Lord in The War Games, and of course Dr Solon, in Brain of Morbius.

Needless to say we've lost a great bloke, i had hoped for him to return to Doctor Who someday.

Errrrr....

I suppose it's down to me not being a Classics fan really...

But anyway, RIP Phillip, he was obviously a great actor and will be missed by many. :(
