Could I just point something out - I don't think TB987 is anyone to talk. Before this forum existed, I used to look at a site which had lego doctor who print outs and make my own, but when TB started making his, I got a rather suspicious of them, as they looked like modified versions of what this guy did, modified probably to the same extent as Hath57 has edited TB987s.

As you can see, it's very out of date, only going up to the time where Tennant and Martha were in the Tardis (2007). Now compare it to TB's versions. They even have the same costumes!

So, my point is, TB's in no place to accuse Hath, when it seems he himself has done something on the exact same level, but without even using the credit. I know he did make some of his own, but the originals were obviously based on these, no credit given.

erm... sorry to burst your bubble but they're nothing like TB's. plus, he doesn't always make doctor who ones. what's he emant to use for a printout of me? or PI'ed piper? or Ianotimelord?

There's no copyright broken here. He's not gaining any profit from them and not paying to use their idea, so all 3 of them are ok to do what they do. But it's undeniable that those aren't originally his anyway. I know he's made his own, but the original batch consisted basically of work the guy on the site above had done, and was passed off as his own, no credit given, even if he'd edited them in a minor way (as Hath57 did). I'm not saying he's wrong for doing that, though he didn't give any credit, and neither should he have had a go at Hath as he's done something just as "bad" himself.

Here's a video he made and put on youtube, showcasing the original batch he made. Compare them to the ones on the other site. The majority are just copies with the yellow neck bits made pink, and the tardis in the background is the same as the one on the site (instructions and all).

Hath57 can keep these, if TB987 is going to have a sulk and stop making them at least Hath57 can put some up for people to enjoy.

these are mine, i spent hours, days, weeks, months and even years to get my lego printouts to where they are today,

I dont mind Hath57 making printouts but he has to make the from scratch, so not using mine, all of mine are made from scratch, im just anoyed that hath has used my pintouts and modifed them, hath you can contiune to make them, just please dont use mine, you can make as many as you like to your hearts content, just please oh please dont use mine, its not nice for someone to steal something that youve spent years to work up to, please thats all i ask, is that you make your own from scratch like youve done with buzzer, completely made from scratch, i think that sounds fair.

And as for the rest of you, saying it was okay, if thats the case i could get a picture of a custom, write my name on it and class it as my own? as it's the same princeable,
I just want my lego/cb printouts seperate from yours, and thats all i want, is for you to make your own and not use any part of mine, i think that sounds fair. what do you say?
