Copyrights have been taken out on my lego printouts which ive had to pay to keep people like you from stealing, You are unautherized to use any of my lego printouts to modify and suggest you read your inbox or check your website where my repressentative who is dealing with all the copyrights to my printouts has written you a letter on behalf of me giving you 4 options which will be posted here, and it does seem im intitled take it futher and have FULL say on what happens to my printouts, the letter follows here:

Dear Sir

We are the proprietors of all copyright in a literary/artistic/musical work entitled Tardisboy987 Lego Printouts.
We have reserved all rights in the Work, which was first expressed in material form on 12/07/2011

It has come to our attention that your work entitled My CB Printouts is identical/substantially similar to our copyrighted Work. Permission was neither asked nor granted to reproduce our Work and your Work therefore constitutes infringement of our rights. In terms of the Copyright Statutes, we are entitled to an injunction against your continued infringement, as well as to recover damages from you for the loss we have suffered as a result of your infringing conduct.

In the circumstances, we demand that you immediately:

1. remove all infringing content and notify us in writing that you have done so;

2. pay a licensing fee in the amount of £750

3. deliver-up for destruction all unused or undistributed copies;

4. undertake in writing to desist from using any of our copyrighted Work in future without prior written authority from us.



We await to hear from you by no later than close of business on 25/08/2011

This is written without prejudice to our rights, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.

That's on your Lego printouts, these are for character building...
And as this is the Internet you cannot take us to court.
Its a bit of work. I don't get why you are so obsessed with us not doing it. There have been comparisons between the two showing they are different, so none of haths work breaks your copyright laws anyway.
And it's hardly like you are making money from these, and we are stealing your customers.
Lighten up eh? We just want to make printouts that have been inspired by your work.
And are you seriously going to sue a 15 year old?

TD888 put FORUM copyright on them. Hath and his team can still use them for their website, just not on this forum.

Also, someone so proffensional wouldn't put 'CB' they would put 'Character Building' so you sir have made that up.

And Lego could sue you for stealing their mini figure shape and using it without their permisssion. Likewise for character building.

Also, we have developed and accurate female body, so you can't make use remove that as it is 100% our development.

4. undertake in writing to desist from using any of our copyrighted Work in future without prior written authority from us. It is our own work, as proved in side by side portraits of both pieces

And we have no proof that this is official or you have paid your copyrights, so until you show us your copyright certificate, and a form of ID from your representative (proving he is with the copyright laws) then we don't have to do any of the above
