Actually the Fifth Doctor is based off his costume from Castrovalva when he didn't wear celery (and is different from the later ones which are based on Earthshock and Ressurection of the Daleks).

1) Destroyed Cassandra

Lady Cassandra O'Brien was an animated flap of skin that terrorized the 9th Doctor in "End of the World" and somehow lived to haunt the 10th Doctor in "New Earth." Seeing as the character is basically a towel hanging on a fancy rack to begin with, she wasn't much of an offering the first time, let alone when Character Options re-released her empty towel rack as "Destroyed Cassandra" a year later. It's one step up from releasing "Invisible Doctor" and selling an empty package -- although at least that would be of a main character.

Very pointless

1. Destroyed cassandra (Terrible,Dire and unneeded. A waste of plastic)-Agreed.
2.Hawthorne (WTF! why do we even need him)-Nope! With his hood up you can use him as a Shadow Time Lord, a guardian or even just a guard.
3.Laslo (Stupid)-Use him as a pig slave
4. Rusty K9 ( How is that even needed)-Because it's cool, K-9 is amazing.
5. Doctor with 3d Glasses (Pointless altogether)-It was a huge part of an important episode.
6. Korwin ( Just a Figure with a stupid mask)-No, it can be used as a miner, alien, technition, engineer.
7. Peter the Winder ( Appeared For all of 2 minutes)-Nope! With his hood up you can use him as a Shadow Time Lord, a guardian or even just a guard.
8. The Moxx of Balhoon ( Same as the winder but he was kinda cool so he is only at 8)-No he is great, I use his wheelchair as a missile thing, he's also a great ambassador.
9. Roman Auton Pandorica Wave( it's the same figure but brown not black which is stupid)-Use him as an exhibit, a roman, an auton, rory, great fun!
10. Cassandra- Blue eye variant(Vary rare but still pointless as she only had one colour eyes in the episide)-Meh
