It’s a forum. People will either message you, reply with a post or send you an eBay link.
People also choose to reply when they choose to reply. There’s no need to be rude about it.

On one of the Facebook collectors groups, if you want to try and sell something you are required to provide a picture of the item with the first half of your postcode written on a piece of paper next to it. That could be a start.
