:o That is a work of art! I'd love a closer look at the walls, they look very clean and nice. What did you use for the textured metal floor/step piece around the console?

have you modified the john hurt figure somehow? He doesn't look as overly heavy as the figures usually do, I can't work out how you've done that.

The head is a resin duplicate which I painted from scratch and the rest of the figure has been fully repainted. My aim is always to make the figures look more realistic rather than just toys, but I'm not sure what you mean by heavy?

I'm not sure I can quite explain myself, I think perhaps the head on yours is higher, letting us see a bit more of his neck? the figure usually has a very bunched up heavy set sort of look, it makes him look kind of fat with a tiny head.

I don't know, maybe I'm talking rubbish.

This whole thing is incredible. I have total TARDIS envy.

This turned out great, can tell alot of work went into it. As for differences I know I set my WD's head higher to make his height more accurate to the other doctor figures.

Hi KM Customs,

Your custom diorama has totally blown me away! You have raised the bar exponentially!

I love how you have appropriately weathered parts of the diorama - it really elevates the entire piece to another level.

Your attention to detail combined with the brilliant composition of your photographs transcends your work from amateur customiser to professional model maker.

Hope to see more from you soon,

The Pickle King.
