No, the only special features on there are 'monster files' about the silence and the Gangers.
I think deleted scenes will be on the complete series 6 DVD box set later this year.

I got the bluray set earlier in the week from the UK. I watched the first two episodes of the wall screen, and the quality is outstanding. These really have cinematic production values. I planned to watch them all before episode 8, but I felt the need to watch Paradise Towers, as I'd kind of put that off... I should have stuck to Season 6.

Saw the blu-ray in HMV, but got Primeval instead

I only have primeval on DVD. Got it here. I didn't get into S4 as much as the other seasons. Still think S1 was awesome.
